
Refund and Return Policy
Support:
Each purchase includes 6 months of support. You can access it via the “Support Tickets” section of the “My Account” page.
CodeFling/LoneDesign customers: If you used an external platform to make your purchase, you can directly use the means offered by that platform to contact us.
You can also use the RustSetup.com ticket system, but you must first create an account and indicate in your ticket that you made your purchase on a partner site.
Refunds:
We do not permit refunds since we’re offering downloadable goods. Under no circumstance will we issue a refund and if a dispute/chargeback is initiated you will be blacklisted from this community as well as others.
Gifts:
RustSetup.com does not currently offer gift giving. To do so, please use CodeFling platform.
Shipping:
Since we offer downloadable products, we do not have a physical shipping policy or option. After each order placed, you will have direct access to your product via a download link.
